This time last week, we were just about to start a conference event in central London.


Access to the venue was the night before, 7.30pm-1.30pm.


Rehearsals started at 6.30am the next day. 

It was a tight turnaround but we pulled together as a team and run a flawless event for the client.



We covered the following;

Lighting - Stage wash and L.E.D lighting battens
.

Sound - Music stings and multiple head worn & handheld microphones
.

Vision - Powerpoint presentation on dual screen display outputs to comfort monitors and main screen display. 


Video - Dual screen display outputs using Mitti video queuing software. 


Slido - Interactive online voting system. 


Digital Video Cameras - Multiple video cameras were positioned around the room for the purpose of broadcasting live to YouTube.


Online video presenters with PIP of the presentation.


Live Streaming via YouTube.


x3 Comfort monitors - Displaying a timer, current slide and presenters powerpoint notes.

Getting Creative...

In these unprecedented times and not always being physically able to film offsite we had to think outside the box.

For this set of over x20 training role play films, we first directed and recorded the actors from Zoom Video Communications

The next stage was to place the recorded footage into an image of a laptop as well as re-drawing the zoom program icons and then placing them over the footage. There was also the task of changing the back drops behind the laptops to make it look like the role play flowed seamlessly between the two actors.

The end result was very effective with the client and delegates giving it the 👍‘s Up.
